Wizkid’s ‘Manya’ is undoubtedly a shameless copy of Ghanaian acts VIP’s Gehu. Wizzy as he is fondly called not only put his desperation obvious with this vomit of a song, he also did a fine a** job insulting the intelligence of the listening public.

The song started with his usual health scare infused sounds, sounds I want to believe are ‘voice seizures,’ before he diffidently took a plunge into the badly written and produced song, doing such a fine job at comfortably placing the song on my list of ‘world’s most painful sound.’

The lyrics of the song falls in the rank of Yemi Alade and her contemporaries as the same attitude of ‘no fucks given’ employed for the song, did an amazing job matching it with a blandly indifferent delivery that screamed ‘Wizkid may be having or have just had a bad episode of epilepsy as his teeth are still clenched and spittle ceaselessly drips down the side of his face.

Not to invoke another round of brainless war of words between Wizkid and Davido’s fanbase, Wikzid’s laughably affectless singing added with repetition of his ‘Starboy’ name [giving us the vibe he may not even believe he is one] may have just done a good job at placing Davido in the number one spot of artistes in the country.

What do you guys think though, Is Wizkid’s Manya a colossal mess or a hit?
